Doctor Yen is the most obnoxious and rude Dr I have ever dealt with. I have been having issues on and off with my sinus, that over the years can cause severe headaches and have been trying to narrow done possible causes. My initial visit which was 10 months prior we went over the process of diagnosing. He said well the only way to tell if there was an issue was a cat scan, however insurance would require some sort of treatment plan first to prove we needed to move forward for them to cover it. I would recommend Dr yen to every one very professional, a very caring doctor. My daughter had cancer, and he went out of his way to see her.and to be there for her very good at explaining every thing to us he’s the best good manners very caring felt very comfortable with him and I knew my daughter was in good hands and that made me feel good Thank you Dr Yen. 😊
I had a bad experience with the lady dr . there.That seen me for my ear infection. She did a funga test then said if it tested positive she'd call me to get a different ear drop prescription for the fungus in my ear. She never called me and and I had black fungus in my ear. The test results came back positive for fungus.
Edited to add/change: I'm changing this review because after not having health insurance due to my husband's job loss during the pandemic. My family and I finally got health insurance this year. I called and tried to schedule an appointment with Dr. Yen through the front desk in January. The front desk asked me if I was vaccinated and I said no. The front desk flat out told me Dr. Yen only sees vaccinated patients. I am absolutely disgusted that Dr. Yen refused to see because I am not vaccinated. I will no longer see him and... read more
Dr Bedrosian was the best! Was really nice to meet Dr. Yen as well. Extremely professional, friendly, gentle in my ear and funny too! Highly recommend
