The manager here is terrible in my opinion. Since I moved in you have heavy smell of Marijuana smoke the building that comes through the air condition duct and has caused me to use an inhaler for my breathing again. Lutz the manager refuses to acknowledge there is a problem here and will make false promises which he refuses to follow up on. In my opinion the only other thing that lies more than him is the carpet in the building.
