DR. MORRIS WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND LISTENED TO ME. AFTER MY EXAM, HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME AND I WAS SCHEDULED FOR A COLONOSCOPY. A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR ME. HIS OFFICE STAFF WAS ALSO VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. MY INSURANCE WAS NOT COOPERATING AND THEY WERE VERY PATIENT AND HELPFUL GETTING MY APPROVAL.
I can't leave a good review for the doctor because his staff refused to schedule me an appointment. Once I explained my condition & needing to see the doctor, the lady who answered the phone said the doctor would not see me because I was in need of a second opinion & when I asked if I could schedule an appointment with the doctor anyways, she refused saying he would not see me at all.

I am sorry for your experience. Our office policy is that we do not provide second opinions routinely as we feel second opinions after being evaluated by a local gastroenterologist are more beneficial if obtained from a tertiary center such as Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, etc. We do accept patients who wish to transfer their care to our practice due to insurance change or personal preference even if they have seen another local gastroenterologist.
