David and Diane were both very nice and responsive, but, customers should remember that they are general contractors who are often hiring others to do the work. ALWAYS ask about warranty offered by their subcontractors. We paid thousands for work in our basement that had to be done all over again just a few years later because their subs did not do their work properly, and offered no warranty.
