I had a feeling Dr. Higgins was admonishing me for not being able to walk even though I told him trying to stand caused excruciating pain. I didn’t walk for seven days because it took that long for him to see me. I explained the pain I was in when making the appointment and was originally given an appointment on Monday which would have been only four days since the beginning of the pain. Wait time after X Rays was 20 minutes.Once Dr. Elias came into the exam room, I had a great experience.He was friendly, cordial, and professional. He reviewed my X rays, planned future Physical Therapy, gave advice and encouragement.
Dr Elias was very thorough with his exam. Explained the issues with my knees and reviewed the x-rays with me. I reviewed an injection in both knees with very little discomfort. Barely felt a thing. Thank you Dr Elias.
