He listens to what you have to say and pays close attention. He doesn’t seem to ever be in a hurry and always has answers to your questions.
Dealing with an old injury and was happy to hear he recommended conservative approach treatment.
Very personable and helpful
Simply an excellent doctor. It felt like I was in there for very short amount of time, but Dr Elias answered all of my questions & even the ones I didn’t ask, listen to my concerns & explain everything to me the way I hoped he would. Even his PA was very helpful, informative & answered all my questions without hesitation. This was my second time going to OrthoLA & both times I received outstandingly excellent care, advice & feedback.
I was seen in a reasonable time and Dr Elias answered my questions
On my most recent visit, NP Jennifer Prados administered gel injections in both my knees. She was very gentle and made sure I had very little discomfort during the process and she answered all my questions. Also, all the staff were very polite and helpful.
Very professional and informative.
Check in process is thorough and quick.By the time I saw Dr Higgins he had what he needed to make a diagnosis and offer treatment .Friendly and courteous experience!
