Dr Elias was very personable and easy to talk to when I met him. He took the time to get to know me before we discussed the issue I was having. He listened intently to my concerns. I was very happy with the outcome we agreed upon. I would recommend Dr Elias to others.
Staff (X-ray, front desk, etc) was friendly & helpful! Dr. Elias & his nurse,Lauren, as well as his PA student, Abby, took their time to explain all the logistics involved with my injury & the options available to me. They were all very thorough in explaining the processes & steps I needed to take before surgery.Lauren was instrumental & so very helpful in getting me to see Dr. Elias asap! Dr. Elias was also extremely generous with his time & consideration in seeing me asap!
I had knee replacement last year with Dr. Higgins. He explained everything before the surgery and was correct about all of it. It’s time for the other knee and he explained everything again with the professionalism and patience that everyone would hope for as a patient. I would strongly recommend Dr. Higgins.
