Currently found out that her office staff schedules appointments without notifying her patients. This has happened twice so far. She needs to get someone new that actually could do their job correctly.
Dr. Vance is a Best Dr. Tri-Cities Irmalee.
Dr. Adling is kind, understanding and very knowledgeable. The staff is professional and seem to enjoy their work. I went through 4 other physicians before I found Dr. Adling. I love him! He is funny and he takes all my complaints seriously. Wait time in the lobby is never more than 10 minutes. He will continue to be my primary care provider for a very long time. Thank you Dr. Adling!
I've been seeing Dr. Erlemeier for a few years now. I have a chronic migraine situation that no other neurologist was able to alleviate, and I've gone through several, moving to another when they run out of options. With Dr. Erlemier's approach I got a viable solution, and I am now pain-free. I know his methodology of East Meets West is not everyone's cup of tea (especially in the Tri-Cities), but I find that keeping options open to alternative methods is a valuable approach in conjunction with medication. After our first visit with Dr. Good, she was the only one of TWELVE doctors that immediately found what was wrong with my husband who had been suffering the past five years from a double hernia surgery that went all wrong! Every other doctor insisted his pain was just from scar tissue. No one bothered to do the 'cough test' she did, immediately finding another hernia, or bothered to take an x-ray?? I was Dan's patient for 8 years and he went above and beyond, especially when I felt like I was in urgent need of care. I can honestly say that as my psychiatrist, he kept me alive more than once, and I always felt that I had a support network for my mental health. Unfortunately since he has moved out of the area, Lourdes has been so understaffed that they can't even find someone to schedule me with currently. Dr. Good is very nice and personally we get along, but I have had many issues with her office. We had lots of confusion concerning what information I had been given and what they should have given me. Seemed like her office was always rushed and frantically trying get me through the mill. Her office coordinated my insurance and I had my lap band removed, based on what she said was medically necessary. She is knowledgable, empathetic, competent. Goes the extra mile for her patients.
Rude to family members. Disrespectful to women and uncaring. Poor follow up. Staff is kind though.
