No waiting necessary! Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
Their primary concern is my health and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located in downtown Wayland. If you ask them to open the office early, or stay late, most of the time...they will. I know of one elderly patient who Dr. Regan actually visited in her nursing home. Who knew a doctor still did house calls?? The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected Dr. Regan. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
