Dr Regan made sure every single question I had was answered, and was prompt for my appointment . The eye exam was thorough and Dr. Regan took more time with me than those techs at retail shops for glasses. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an very good experience, I will be sending my daughter to see him this week.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
