Dr. Tobin is the best pediatrician! He is so knowledgeable about "everything". He gives parents and kids really practical advice and suggestions. Dr. Tobin has excellent rapport with both of my kids and they are not scared of going to the doctor because they trust Dr. Tobin and his wonderful bedside manner. The office staff at the Plymouth IHA Child Health Associates is also wonderful. My family has received 17+ years of excellent care pediatric care from this office.
