David was amazing, he helped us from staying from scratch to ending up with great home.. I would recommend David Thelin and his team first to anyone I know!!
David Thelin had to work for this sale. First dealing with a buyer that simply couldn't get his funds together for months on end and then with work crews that couldn't get the repairs done. Finally a second buyer had additional issues with the purchase docs. Finally 7+ months later the property closed. I would recommend David for your selling or purchasing needs. I wish he was my purchasing agent when I bought the property. With him at the helm then, you probably wouldn't had some many issues upon sale.
