Being from out of state i found the personnel to be courteous n friendly. I made an appointment so my wait time was within the time alloted alot faster than others. Overall experience for me, i will most definitely be back for my car services.
Great experience. Maegan at the service counter was great got me right in the shop upon arrival. Aaron was the mechanic I give him a 10+++++!!! I had just purchased my 2015 Jeep Patriot and had many questions about it. He answered all of them and then some!! Wonderful guy. He got the work done quickly and correctly 👍👍👍👍
We wouldn’t trust any other dealership! Tim is absolutely fabulous, he’s friendly, totally honest and always looks out for your best interest. Don’t waste your time shopping at other dealerships, go to DTC Benton for your next new to you vehicle! 3/24/ 26 Had my first oil change done. Service guys are absolutely wonderful! So polite, just a bunch of fantastic people at DTC Benton , from the front doors to the back doors. Why go anywhere else? I won't!
