I.Always have a good experience.Nice nurses in everybody if they're having a bad day.Always attempt to patient first with the service. Not very good speller.. I've I always had a good experience.
Doctor and nurse were very attentive and answered any questions I had.
The entire experience was great. All CHI nurses and doctors and clerks were kind and professional.
Dr mortensen was good
Everything was great with Dr. Mortensen, very thorough and friendly.
It was one of the only times I felt genuinely heard as a patient by a doctor, with what I've been going through for years. And I'm appreciative of getting answers to my problems.
Great service and communication.
I had to have an emergency surgery for Appendicitis. Dr. Mortensen's team was very quick and accurate getting me ready. I had never had a surgery before and even though this was Laparoscopic, I was still nervous. He came in and told me what would happen and I was done in 40 minutes. Walked out of the hospital an hour later and have had 0 pain. It has been 5 days since my surgery and I feel like a million bucks. Waiting for my post op appointment. Operated on me for a bowel obstruction. Infected me with VRE, spent a month in ICU with VRE, pneumonia, AFIB, collapsed lung followed by two months in inpatient rehab. My system was so weakened that I could not walk or even reposition in bed.
