They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. Not really, it wasn't very clean Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did your treatments with this chiropractor eliminate your need for pain medication? Yes, I no longer need pain medication and I feel better than I've ever felt
Dr. Smith is a very professional chiropractor and a fabulous person to know. He will see you by appointment or as a walk-in, which is wonderful when you are hurting. I tell all my friends to see him as soon as they start telling me about their aches and pains.
