Did great for my wisdom teeth removal but was horrible with my fillings. Alot of them were not fully smoothed out and its noticeable where the filling meets the tooth, one of my back teeth was filled in uneven. My last visit they filled in one of the front teeth which didint look like it belonged in my mouth when they were done.... I had to go back in and have them smooth it out so it looked like it should and some sharp parts on another filling so my gums always get irritated easily at that tooth. Everyone there is great! From Meghan cleaning my teeth to Marissa and Michelle to doing a filling on my tooth. Kasey and Alex are great, they know their stuff for sure! Alex even got me in earlier for a cleaning and check up because I was have sensitivity. I was scheduled 2 months out because Meghan is so great, Alex, the receptionist saw an opening and called me last minute. I have been going there for 10+ years and I’m so happy with my treatment.
Alex the receptionist is absolutely rude! Front desk lacks professionalism and simply manners. Getting an apt scheduled is a nightmare and god forbid you run late or need to reschedule! Dr. Schroeder has been our dentist for some time now, but will be going elsewhere outta the multiple times we have had to deal with rudeness from the receptionist. Simply has become poor quality health services, do yourself a favor and find another dentist!
Rude people, rude doctor. Don't go to this place
I have been going here for years. The DR is amazing. Never had an issue with him. BUT, whoever answered that phone this morning, RUDE AS HELL. I need a small fix to stop the pain. 10 mins tops. She said I have to wait two weeks. Explained I cant go 2 weeks like this. She really didn't care. Asked a simple question and had it thrown down my throat. Pretty sure I know which assistant it was that answered the phone. But the professionalism in her tone NEEDS to fixed.
