David is extremely professional, and knowledgeable. I don't have much experience with selling houses, but he made everything very easy. He did a great job at negotiating the offer and got me asking price in this tough market, as currently we are in a buyers market. I would highly recommend David if you are looking to sell or buy. You will be in good hands. He is willing to go above and beyond for you, and makes every effort. He is, hands down, THE BEST agent in the area!
