The reason we first chose David was because of Ashley Close. Earlier in the fall, she helped my daughter and her partner find an apartment rental and was outstanding. We’ve now purchased two houses and sold one with David, and in both experiences we have nothing but good things to say. My grandmother (86 years old) chose David Schooley to sell her home. BIG mistake. He is taking full advantage of my granny in this very stressful time of change in her life. He is proving to be quite the opposite of how he presented himself before acquiring her signature. He is very clearly ONLY interested in collecting his percentage, and ASAP.
