Segregated me because of a psychiatric service dog. Made me go to back door. Gave me the excuse that he had a flea infestation in his office previously so I needed to wait outside with my service animal. Service dog was under my seat asleep I was with my case manager was made to wait 2 hours past my appointment the very first time I come to see him he made me wait from 10:00 a.m. until 4:30 to be seen common occurrence can't believe this guy is in practice
Dr. Sanchez is an amazing doctor. You can tell this doctor truly cares about their patients. The front desk (Amber) is very kind, attentive, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. They listen carefully and never dismiss concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Sanchez. He is very helpful and I always leave very happy. His staff is very sweet and respectful. 10/10 service and 100% recommend if you’re looking for a new PCP doctor in Orange County. Amber, who works the front desk, is very helpful and sweet. She makes coming into the office such a pleasant experience.
I came in for a bilateral shoulder injury/pain that never went away that I got from 2021 and decided I wanted to treat it now that I am able to have time away from working, Dr. Sanchez diagnosed me with gout, and I immediately changed pcp's (My new doctor that I saw today laughed at the diagnosis Dr. Sanchez gave me and referred me to get an MRI which is what I asked from Dr. Sanchez but he wouldn't give it to me because there was "no clinical need for it", he made me raise my arm and that was his "examination").
