Best hair stylists in town – I have been a customer of David Salon since it opened. As an executive and a business owner, appearance is very important to me. I have always had a tremendous hair cut and color from David Salon. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the services are top shelf. It is especially good for the person looking to switch to a new salon -- all the stylists have alot of experience and can suggest a great style for you.

a note about service.... – As the owner of David Salon I was surprised to read the "what a ripoff" note. Because all of our stylists have been doing hair for over 10 years, I've always felt confident that their work reflected the competence and creativity that comes with experience in this industry . An unhappy client has been rare and so it was a disappointment to see this note. We'd be happy to follow up with the writer to see how we can resolve her problem. Excellant experience – I would recommend it to anyone. The owner has created a warm personal atmosphere with her employees and that extends over to each client that comes in the door. I have made the rounds in Austin to several stylist, but David's is the first that I felt comfortable. They are moderately priced for what one would expect for top quality salon services. I will continue to go back.

I love it here.... – I had a great experience here--I was quite pleased with my cut, color and style...The people are always friendly there, they really listen to me and make sure I am 100% satisfied when I walk out the door....Of the salon's I've visited over the years this one is near the top of the list for both their service and their customer service!

A complete ripoff....... – The good...the staff is friendly. The owner is nice. The place is cute and clean. However, I've been there twice and I'm out $570 and I look like I went to supercuts and paid $40 for a trim and color !!!! I'm so upset with myself for not only going the first time but being stupid enough to give them a second chance to correct previous work (which I paid full price for!!!) Now I have to walk around with a baseball cap for weeks until I can get the color corrected by someone else. ...I can only hope ... read more
