Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around!

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Was this provider friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
