I cannot praise Dr. Hoffman highly enough. He is very thorough with both regular visits and emergency visits, of which I have had a couple. He talks you through the exam so that you know what he is doing, why, and what he is noticing, which I appreciate. He also treats my husband and is very open about when a patient might need prescription glasses and why.

The entire office is professional and treats you with respect. Dr. Hoffman himself is very thorough and provides as many options as possible. Dr. Hoffman is not my first Ophthalmologist but will be my last, well until he retires anyway.

Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Was this provider's staff friendly? The Doctor is good except they sell you hard on glasses and contacts from their own office. When my 19-yr old daughter visited, the front desk, specifically Tamara, was rude and condescending. We followed up to to see what happened. She was very very ride and argumentative. Subsequently, found out that she is the doctor's wife. I guess that gives her a special license to treat patients horribly. We wont be returning. There are many other doctors...why would I subject myself to that sort of treatment?

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes

Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem!
