Dave is a very dedicated real estate professional who constantly has his client's best interest at heart. During the sale of our home, he stayed in constant contact about everything related to the selling process, and responded with quick and sound advice about all aspects of the process. We too have not met David in person. However, he was able to help me and my family out of a difficult situation. We are stationed in Missouri so finding someone that could be professional and flexible enough to help us without ever having to travel to Texas was crucial and David was definitely the right person for the job. We had a number of obstacles to overcome in the selling of our home, not the least of which was that my family had to relocate for work almost immediately. David went well above and beyond what is expected of a realtor in making sure that our house was watched over and taken care of. He made what could have been a nightmare situation go very smoothly.

David is a awsome guy! He work very hard for me and my family to get us in a new home. We had pre approval for our Chase Bank before we mobed down here to TX and Chase messed it all up and was unable to get closed on the house in time. David worked really hard with another leander and pulled thru for us and was able to close on our house in a short time. I would recommend using him for selling our buying.
