Very good Doctor that seems to actually care about his patients.
Dr. Rouben seems sincere. He answers all of your questions. Two months after my surgery I'm still having some problems. Dr. Rouben thinks physical therapy will solve my problems. I'll update after my therapy.
Can't say enough about how much I like Dr. Rouben. He's extremely thorough and gets the job done. I would highly recommend him.
Very thorough, polite, patient and informative. Exudes confidence that they can find an answer to help ease my discomfort.
Dr Rouben has been the best surgeon for me for more than 24 yrs. He takes the time to talk to you, being sure that you are aware of what your diagnosis is, your awareness and education of treatment options and prognosis and follows up with you about success rate of procedure, relief of pain, etc. You couldn't ask for a better orthopedic and spinal surgeon. I highly remind him.

I went for a follow up visit, and everything is moving along.i always have a feeling during and after each visit that I know exactly where I stand.
Dr. Rouben was a miracle worker for me. I spent almost 20 years in pain, each year getting worse than the one before. I had visited at least 7 other specialists, with little to no answers other than pills (that didn't help) or other forms of pain management. Dr. Rouben was the first doctor to look at the "whole" picture. He identified that my lower back was a mess, but that I needed to have a left hip replacement before the back surgery. Mr.Rouben performed, what I consider a miracle procedure, totally reliving my lower back which I lived with for over 15 yrs. It has now been 3 yrs. And I am pain free in my lower back. I am currently having problems with a failed neck fussion per NLSC and middle back issues. I want none other than Mr. ROUBEN . Hopefully my Ins.will cooperate! (No pun intended). THANK YOU DR.
