Answered all my questions. Easy to talk to and staff was outstanding. Very happy.
This was a regular appointment. Staff was friendly and efficient. Doctor Cruz arrived shortly after I was seated in the treatment room. She is always a delight to deal with.
I have been guided for many years by Dr. Lopez. He is very easy to talk to and listens well. He is promptly available for any questions I might have and has been very helpful to me when I've needed ancillary care. His calm demeanor is a great asset and he makes every visit a pleasure.
Dr Leberer speaks very quickly & has an arrogant attitude. He did not provide detailed instructions as to home care after a procedure was performed. Stated expectations on recover did not match reality. The patient portal is useless. I posed 5 questions but he only answered 3 of them. A second time one follow up question was not answered at all. Wonderful place to go for a facial!
Explained the available treatments and the pros and cons of each. Very helpful.
Dr Rodman is one of the best eye surgeons in the state. He has good people skills and truly cares about his patients.
Dr. LaCivita was excellent. The minor surgery was painless and he informed me of what he was going every step of the way.
Dr. O'Neill is always pleasant to see, she is efficient and seems to care. The only downside is getting an appointment is usually a very long wait.
