He listened. Didn’t judge. Addressed everything I was struggling with. Staff is super friendly and nice, even when I wasn’t kind. I was having a really hard time with medications and side effects. During my struggle to find the right fit his care team an Dr. Vargas were there for me. And fast. It was amazing. I felt heard and understood. But most importantly they never gave up on me. Even when I did.
Follow through and routine check ins on clients that need high levels of monitoring have been insufficient. Continuation and monitoring of diagnoses that have been met by DSM standards need to be monitored and not removed as meeting the criteria for these diagnosis does not disappear merely by good behavior in sessions. Referring to a friend of mine who has been seen by Dr. Vargas.

Compassionate, kind, knowledgeable and understanding. A great Dr, I feel fortunate to be able to have him as my psychiatrist.
He is the best psychiatrist that I have ever seen. He his understanding, extremely supportive and kind. Very knowledgeable. Definitely my favorite and I have seen quite a few psychiatrists.
