Dr. Bernard is great, helpful, attentive and very professional. His bedside manner is one of the best I have encountered in many years.
Dr Bernard is very caring and an excellent doctor. He does not rush and spends time explaining in layman's terms, showing your condition on films and going over options. He is just a great guy and some would say an old school doctor that cares about his patients and isn't in a rush or worried about how many patients he sees. Dr Bernard also comes highly rated from other doctors so he is excellent in his field and a nice down to earth guy.
I had an extremely disappointing experience. The appointment lasted no more than two minutes, during which my concerns were dismissed almost immediately. It was clear Dr. Jarrell had not reviewed my medical history or the detailed timeline I provided in advance.His diagnostic approach was rigid and narrowly focused. Dr W has taken the time to really look into my case after I had been to 5-6 other drs following a concussion from a car accident last December. He is determined to help me find the cause and relief for my continued pain. He talks to us and explains things in layman’s terms so we can understand. Highly recommend him if you need a good, kind, interested-in-you neurologist!
Dr. Mark Smith, is always informative, and he has a way of making you feel comfortable about what you have just gone through. He is very thorough and very respective of patience feelings.
