Outstanding physician- always compassionate, helpful, and highly skilled. I highly recommend him.
Knowledgeable, takes time to answer your questions in a down to earth manner. He will let you know if he does not know too. Conservative treatment to start and see what works before jumping to a radical treatment.
Dr. W is an amazing Dr. It's hard to find a Dr. That listens and cares, and he does, I truly thank GOD for him

Dr. Wiercisiewski is a highly skilled, caring, wonderful doctor, whom I would highly recommend to family and friends. One week ago I couldn't walk ten minutes without being in excruciating pain. After treatment by Dr. Wiercisiewski, this evening I was able to stroll well over a mile with no pain whatsoever. That I'm "grateful" is an understatement! Also, he doesn't mind being called Dr. W!
Dr. W is by far the BEST Neurosurgeon availabl. Dr. W has one of the best, if not the best best bed-side manner. He encourages you to do your best & is there you in ANY way he can. Dr. W has done SO MUCH for me (including waking me from a 91 day colma in 2005) & has been a friend the whole way.
Awful physician. Doesn't listen. Makes diagnosis based on intuition and not facts. Misses serious concerns, which should have been identified much sooner. If you have suffered a concussion and continue to have issues, seek consultation from a board certified neurologist and not a physiatrist, which is essentially a physical therapist with an MD. Have no idea why he is the head of a sports concussion program.
