Very personable and very good about giving explanation of procedure diagnosis in a layman's terms
Very pleased.
Was asked several questions pertaining to my symptoms and family medical history. When I began answering them in a concise manner, Dr. Eisen cut me off no less than 5 times in 5 minutes. Did not address my chief complaint and did not schedule tests that would screen for my issue. Receptionist was nice but follow up appointment scheduler was impatient. It did not pertain to my situation but I also noticed a sign posted that the office refuses to fill out FMLA or disability paperwork and refers you back to your primary care ph... read more

I was thrilled that from entering the building, with the gentlemen at the front door, to the lady who checked me in, to the nurse who first saw me, to the doctor, everything was excellent! I was surprised that I was out of there as soon as I was.
