He is not a good listener and does not take time to explain what he recommends. I do not trust his judgment. His beside conduct does not show compassion or concern. He is usually in a very big hurry The treatment he recommended was questionable
I was lucky enough that Dr. Eisen was on call when I was first diagnosed with congestive heart failure. He was kind, thorough, and answered all my questions and even some I didn't know to ask. Although very professional, he has a slight sense of humor to make me feel at ease. I can't say enough good things about him and his staff.
