Myself and my senior mother are patients of Dr Puls and I’m more than happy with the level of care he provides. He really does try to diagnose the problem rather than prescribe for symptoms. The only bump in the road is the time it takes to issue new refills.
Dr Puls and his staff are very caring and competent. I have every confidence in the Doctor and his staff. My daughter is a severely involved quad, he has been really wonderful with all of her needs.

I called Dr. Puls office for a refural to an ENT Dr. We have found one who is willing to see my husband in a very short time. most appointment for a specialist are several months out.The ENT Dr. requested that I have Dr. Puls office send a refural before they could book the appointment. After several calls to Dr. Puls office we still cant book the appointment for the specialist. Dr Puls office is only worried about our insurance and not letting our business go elsewhere. Took my daughters to Dr. Puls at Banner health. They did not keep records of my daughter's follow-up appointments from a car wreck she was in. The level of care that they provided us was less than satisfactory. May not be the doctors fault rather the nurses, but either way they poorly served us and our medical needs. I would never trust them to care for me or my daughters again.
