IF I can give her a zero I would. Dr. Ivey does not like when patients ask her questions. Especially, if their specific case may be challenging for her. She displayed zero compassion for my childs probelm because she did not have answers for it, therfore she prescribed a seisure medication for him for pain . ENT Allergy Associates in Hauppauge has now canceled my follow-up appointment for the THIRD time, and at this point it’s beyond unacceptable. I’m not trying to schedule elective surgery or some major procedure — I’m simply trying to complete a basic follow-up visit. I truly believe Dr. Mazzoni saved my daughter’s life, not just physically, but by finally listening when no one else would. I have been in Dr. Payman’s care for over 4 years. I personally think Dr. Payman is a great doctor, until he isn’t. I needed a serious ear surgery to help restore my quality of life and after canceling the surgery, while I was my mother's only caretaker while she was on hospice and dying and having 2nd thoughts at the time and then begging for a 2nd chance, Dr. Payman gave me a bogus condition and then treated me for the bogus condition for over a year and half, which I have already got confirmed I don’t have in either ear. ... read more
Dr. Brian Lebovitz is highly skilled and has tramendous knowledge and experience. However, I came in for a pre op visit and I found that my questions weren't fully answered so I am scheduling for another appointment with him. I was supposed to get a prescription for blood work. I guess I was supposed to advocate for it.
On March 13, 2025, I had an appointment for earwax removal with Dr. Jason Cohen. My previous ENT had moved, and it had been over a year since I had found a doctor that took my insurance and was taking new patients. Dr. Cohen had a horrible bedside manner. My husband came in with me and he is someone who makes people laugh and also lightens the mood for me because this is a procedure that I hate.
