I cannot say enough positive things about this practice. My daughter just got her braces on today. EVERY single person from Donna who put them on and walked her (and myself) through the cleaning/maintenance instructions, to Jen B. at the front desk, to Jessica who handles billing, were WONDERFUL! All staff is kind, professional, warm and clearly love what they do. My daughter has two friends who were already patients, and we will absolutely refer anyone seeking a great children's orthodontic experience! Keep it up!

We love the office staff and Dr. McSurdy, as well as how they run their office! Very clean and everyone is friendly! They explain what they are doing at each visit and what will happen at the next visit. My daughter just completed phase 1 and loves going there! Great place!
