Both our twins are patients and we have had a wonderful experience. The staff is terrific and the girls smiles amazing! Thank you!
I highly recommend Dr. McSurdy and Dr. Pavlow. They are always so inviting and pleasant which makes the experience so much more relaxing. As for the staff including Tiffany they are the absolute best. There smiles light up the room and their positive attitudes and working environment just makes everything so much fun even if your a little nervous. Everyone is so professional and they treat you like family. Starting here is definitely the beginning of a great experience. You will not be disappointed!

We are always greeted with smiling faces and enthusiasm at the front desk. The staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Dr. McSurdy is up front, honest, and sets the correct expectations for treatment. My 16 yr. old son looks forward to his appointments & enjoys being motivated by the elite rewards program.
Love Dr McSurdy & Pavlow and staff at The Smile Specialist! I had braces as an adult and both of my children had phase 1&2 here. Exceptional care, friendly and helpful staff and a very clean facility. We are extremely happy with our care here and would highly recommend it!
