I was referred to Dr McCoy office from the Va. My first visit turned out to be a very good visit. From the receptionist to the Doctor and back to the receptionist was a great experience. The greatest words from the receptionist in reference to filling out the pages of paperwork was “if you have any questions, just come come back to me and I can help you. The remainder of visit was very good.

As a new patient I requested an appointment with Dr. McCoy regarding sun damage. I was given an appointment for the next day. (fast) I found the staff to be professional and polite. Dr. McCoy examined the sun damage and scheduled me for an in office procedure three days later. (that's fast) I wouldn't hesitate to return should I need Dr. McCoy's services again.
I called the Dr. McCoy's office and they scheduled an appointment the next day. Needless to say when you have a questionable mammogram you want to see about it immediately. Upon arriving at the office I was immediately seen about, paperwork done and was brought to the back. The staff was very nice and made me feel very comfortable through the whole visit. Dr. McCoy was very friendly and answered all my questions and eased my mind about my condition.
Totally exceptional service from the reception desk, the nurse & office staff. Dr. McCoy is one of the most caring & compassionate physicians. He treats you with total respect & makes you feel relaxed.
He saved my husbands life. He is an excellent surgeon I have the greatest regard for him. My husband and I would recommend him highly . Thanks so much
