I went to see Dr Mattos as part of my breast cancer diagnosis journey. I found him to be personable, kind, empathetic, supportive and helpful. He explained all my options in detail, gave me the opportunity to ask questions, and offered a variety of alternatives for my consideration. He was especially kind to my children who were with me and took the time to put their fears to rest again with kindness and empathy. I would highly recommend Dr. Mattos and feel fortunate that he will be on my surgical team.
