Dr Macisaac provides personalized care in an unhurried manner and is always available to address any pressing medical issue. As a long time patient, I would strongly recommend him.

Dr. Macissac is the best. He always has time to thoroughly discuss my health and well being. I appreciate getting to see him every time I go to the office and I am never rushed, he always spends enough time.
Staff is friendly, accommodating and professional. They know your name and ask about family. They care about patients. Dr MacIsaac takes time to understand your family, work, life situations which all effect your physical health. He is thorough and follows up with me personally. We plan my care together, very much a give and take. He explains options clearly and lets me know all contradictions and side effects. I would strongly recommend this practice.
Excellent doctor!! Rare to have such a caring family physician these days. His staff is awesome and extremely accommodating. We never have trouble getting in. The practice PA is great too. My husband and I transitioned all of our kids there as well. They finally don't fight going to the doctor! We just love going there and have referred so many family members. Our insurance switched from UPMC to Highmark, but could stay because they take everything. THE BEST "FAMILY" PRACTICE!!
Dr. MacIsaac was my doctor for over 10 years. I referred my friends to him. Then he changed his practice and will only see those patients who have 'joined' his elite practice which costs $1,800 a year (in addition to his regular fees). If you can't afford $1,800 a year, you cannot make an appt with him and can only see his PA. I am so disappointed and sad that greed has overtaken him. I have found a new doctor. One who doesn't charge $1,800 a year to 'belong' to her practice.
Dr. MacIsaac has changed his practice. He will only see you if you become a 'member' by paying an out of pocket 'membership fee' of $1,650 A YEAR, in addition to reg. office fees. Otherwise, you can only see his PA yet your insurance is billed as if you were seeing a physician. I was a patient of his for 15 yrs and referred many friends to him. I am so disappointed of the way he has treated his loyal patients. I left & found a Dr. who sees patients w/o requiring $1650/yr to be seen.
No doctor could come close to Dr. MacIsaac in professionalism, knowledgeability, compassion and bedside manner. A few years ago he made an unexpected diagnosis, which I truly believe saved my life. He always spends the first minutes just catching up on my life. He NEVER rushes me and always makes me feel like I matter as a person as well as a patient. If you want a doctor who is excellent in his profession, and will treat you like you your health is a priority, you should go to Dr. MacIsaac
