I had been a patient for years.I made an appointment for a yearly check up and when I showed up I was told I was not on the schedule. Not only did he persist in helping to diagnose a rare disease, Dr. MacIsaac works very closely with my specialists to ensure complete care for me. He also recommends and encourages regular screenings, one of which saved my life this year. I will be around for my kids thanks to him. Dr. MacIsaac takes time to listen, learn, and work with me. Totally incompetent staff. I had to call 9 times to get a simple prescription. And they still got it wrong!!!!!
We loved Dr. MacIsaac. He was one of the best doctors but that changed dramatically. He had to change the way he ran his practice and if you couldn’t pay an extra 1,700 a year to see him you saw a pa. There were other issues with billing that I felt weren’t handled in a professional manner as well. It’s not the same practice it used to be and we left and found a new doctor.
I have been a patient for many years and treatment has gone down hill. Unless you pay additional money you do not even see the dr.just the pa. When I called the office to voice my concerns the dr called and said we should part ways. This goes to show that he does not care about his patients just the money. I would think twice about going to visit him.

I have been a patient of DrMacIsaac for many years. He and his staff are very friendly and caring. I would highly recommend him to all my friends. The nurses and PA are very professional.
Dr. MacIssac, Dr, Cioci, and the staff are amazing and very accommodating to your needs. Super friendly and always make you feel right at home. Also, they are very knowledgeable about many of your specific health concerns. Would highly recommend this office to everyone!
Dr. Macisaac is the best primary care doctor I have ever used. He is very knowledgeable and always seems to have the right diagnosis to make you better. I’ve been going to him for years and haven’t looked back. I highly recommended him if you are looking for a great pcp.
