Courteous and caring staff. Compassionate and quality care. Always take time to listen and don’t give cookie cutter treatment plans. They treat us like individuals that have different needs. Best doctor I’ve ever had.

I am very pleased with the personal care, professionalism and friendliness I receive from Dr. MacIsaac and his staff. I began seeing him only a few months ago and I feel like he knows me very well. He spent the right time and listened to me and quickly put me on the right path for a healthy life. My father was a family physician and I know this community pretty well. Dr. MacIsaac is really excellent.
First of all I like the fact that a person answers the phone when you call the office. My personal experience was that the paramedics were called to my apartment when I was sick and my blood pressure was very high. I refused to go to the hospital so we called Macisaac's office and he said "come right over" After several tests and x-rays he determined I had walking pneumonia. He was very thorough so I recovered fully as it was caught early.
Outstanding! Being out of my state (PA) and needing medical assistance can be scary. But I am always in good hands with Dr. MacIsaac!
Dr. MacIsaac and his staff are the best! They are so caring and attentive! I trust them so much that I have them caring for my teenagers too! I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. MacIsaac to family and friends!
Very happy with the service received by Dr. MacIsaac. Always makes you feel like you are his only patient. He is available when you really need him. I trust his approach to medicine......He's a very good listener which I feel is important to any diagnosis.
Dr. MacIsaac is an excellent physician , he is caring and attentive. His patience are what matter. I have been his patient for over 15 years. I have fibromyalgia, and he is always working with me to find a way to make life easier. He never rushes through an appointment, he listens to your concerns, making suggestions, working with you. His staff is wonderful, friendly and efficient. I am very lucky to have him as my pcp.
