I didn't have to wait to see Dr. Frandsen---He undstood my apprehension at even being in a dentist's office. Dr. Frandsen took the time to explain solutions to my probelms. It was a positive visit.
Dr. Heninger's office is well appointed, and he and his staff are excellent. I especially like Michelle as a hygienist. Appointments are always on time, which I very much appreciate.

Dr. Heninger and his staff are always professional, friendly and caring. I have dry mouth problems and Dr. Heninger has taken good care of my teeth and makes sure he is thorough with them. I would definitely recommend him and his office.
everything was awesome start to finish
Dr Frandsen & Heningers office is very nice and up to date. I watched TV while they cleaned my teeth. Their x-ray machines have the latest technology and Dr. Frandsen showed me my teeth on the computer screen and pointed out where my problem spots were. He helped me make a timeline plan to fix my teeth and didn't push me into anything I didn't feel like doing (or paying for). I was really impressed and I have been to many dentists.
I switched to Dr. Heninger a couple of years ago after feeling frustrated that my previous dentist was not addressing my concerns about cavities proactively. I had a lot of problems with cavities after having each of my kids (despite decades with no cavities). Dr. Heninger offers a great deal more in the way of preventative care, including paint-on fluoride treatment (feels funny but it's backed up by research, seems to work, AND it's covered in the cost of a check-up and cleaning) and he recommended prescription level fluor... read more
I'm nearly 70 years old with a lot of time in the dentist's chair. Of all those visits this was the very best and the most comfortable. Dr. Heninger did two crowns and a large filling in just about 2 1/2 hours with no temporaries and more importantly NO DISCOMFORT - none at all. Today there is none of the usual dull aches and sensitivity to hot or cold that I have always experienced before. AMAZING - perfect. Les Parsons
