My teeth are often sensitive to ultra sonic cleaning, but not with this staff! When I asked them why it was different, they said that they consciously use hardware settings and skilled techniques to make it comfortable for their patients. It made for a great experience!

I started going to Dr. Frandsen in March 2013. I have been impressed with both his professional competence as a dentist and his character. I appreciate his sincerity. I feel that he will do whatever is necessary to help me have the best possible experience at each visit and will treat me right in every way. I've been treated by both Dr. Frandsen and Dr. Heninger. Not only are they wonderful dentists, they are kind and caring...and so is their staff. I recommend them without reservation. My last visit was routine, and Dr. Frandsen was fantastic. He knows I'm a nervous (fist-clenching) patient and always take his time to explain what is going on. No surprises! Dr. Heninger does the same. I will never love going to the dentist, but they are so good that I don't avoid it anymore. For me, that pretty well says it all.
They are very good at reminding you about your appointment, and are understanding if you need to reschedule. Everyone was polite and treated me well. Dr. Frandsen is an excellent dentist and I always feel at ease while I am there because it is clear that he knows what he is doing.

I had a cracked tooth I needed fixed, Dr. Frandsen gave me two options That help a lot! That let me know he wanted what worked best for me, not for him. Professional, honesty, and will always give you options if possible! Great dentist!

Wonderful experience with a very experienced dentist. This comes from a dental patient who has seen plenty of dentists. I had hoped to find one that was professional, careful (gentle) and particular about aesthetics. My friend told me his dental buddy was just the guy and it turns out he was exactly right. I am very pleased with this dental office. They are very professional and very capable. I do not plan to find a new dentist - ever. Thank you, doctor!
