I really enjoy this dentist office. They are very professional and do a great job. Everyone in the office is very friendly. They have T.V.'s on the ceiling which is a nice touch. The dentist always asks if I have any questions or concerns. They are also very friendly to my kids, which is great when they are a little nervous to visit the dentist.

I was used to having great checkups the whole time I was growing up until I had my first baby (some chemistry changes and a dentist who wasn't much for prevention both frustrated me). Now that I've been with Dr. Heninger for a few years, using rx fluoride toothpaste at night, and getting the weird but apparently very helpful paint-on fluoride treatments after each cleaning, I'm a very happy camper. I was very impressed with my experience with Dr. Frandsen and his staff. They took great care of me. I'll need some work (fillings, a crown etc.), and they were very good at explaining what needs to be done. They helped me develop a treatment plan and prioritize my needs. And they went over what my insurance covers, and what I will have to pay out of pocket. I was nervous going back to a dentist after a few years. But they made me comfortable, and I am looking forward to getting my teeth and mouth healthy again.

Last time I had my teeth cleaned (which also happened to be the first time) my teeth hurt and felt 'raw' for a week after - I hated it, and it made me not want to get my teeth cleaned again. Bad! I know. So I finally scheduled here and they were great! Very gentle with my sensitive teeth and didn't keep pushing and prodding in places they didn't need to. My kids loved it too.

Both of my boys are young. They each had a great experience. The dental hygienists were very kind and friendly. Dentists worked well with kids. My boys enjoyed being able to watch cartoons through out their cleanings. They loved their packets and prizes too!

I was taken back and the work began just after I arrived nearly 30 minutes early. Everyone kept me informed as to what they were doing and gave me usefull information as they worked on my teeth. The visit was helpful because of the information as to the status of my teeth and gums. I can adjust how I care for my teeth based on the information provided me. Thanks

Of course its always great to work the Michelle and Dr. Dave. And its so helpful when you can be flexible and work with my schedule. Looking forward to continued patronship in 2014.

My teeth are often sensitive to ultra sonic cleaning, but not with this staff! When I asked them why it was different, they said that they consciously use hardware settings and skilled techniques to make it comfortable for their patients. It made for a great experience!
