I had foot surgery several years ago; which was a disaster from the get-go. Eventually the screw that was put in my foot started to come out through the bottom of my foot. Never wanting to return to the Doctor who did the original surgery, I made an appointment with Dr. LaPorta - who did corrective surgery to repair the damage. Dr. LaPorta was caring, informative and professional. I would recommend him without hesitation.
More than once his caring, tenacious treatment has saved the quality of life for my husband who is a severe diabetic and stubbornly neglectful when it comes to his health. For 20+ years he has been a wonderful doctor and surgeon encouraging both of us to never give up because of this terrible disease. Dr Laporta is an EXCELLENT Doctor!!! I waited 10 long years to have my Morton’s Neuroma surgery. No other Dr. helped, they just made things worst, which made me put off surgery. I couldn’t wear shoes, not even a sock, the pain was ridiculous!! I was recommended to him by a friend and I’m so thankful and lucky to have found him.
