Made appointment for January 14,2019 at 2pm after calling for a week getting no answer. Got there 20 min early. No one there. Waited 40 minutes. No one came. Called 6 times. Got voice mail about mail box full. Called several times during week no answer till Friday afternoon. Made appointment for Monday Jan 21st. Called Monday morning at 12 no answer. Called cell #. No answer. Sent text to cell #. No response. No call back. Strange that there is no one in office to answer phone!!
