He has done two surgeries on me. My neck and a 3 disc fusion on lower back. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. Love his bedside manner and all the help he has given me. He is an amazing surgeon and very personable. Love his nurse Kim also.

Dr. Clifford performed a 3-level cervical vertebrae discectomy and fusion. The results are nothing short of miraculous. Finally, I am pain-free and able to do so many more daily activities. I highly recommend Dr. Clifford for spinal issues!

Cruel and far from human! I suffer regular disc compression and bulging episodes resulting in terribly strong back pain and sciatica. It keeps me from doing any normal life activity or sleeping. Doctor and "specialist" in name only. Absolute pathetic excuse for his profession. This "man" cares nothing for his patients, spends literally seconds with them, and does absolutely nothing. It is honestly that simple and bad. Likewise, the staff neither follow up, even when prompted, nor do anything else. The Virginia Board of Medicine needs to take a serious review of this person and his practice. Absolutely pathetic. I'd see some sort of shaman before this "professional." Pathetic.

It has been a week Since my cervical surgery. The healing process has been better than expected and I have nothing but gratitude as well as appreciation for him. Even the scar is nearly gone ! Even though I was told I couldn't eat solids and talk for few days, on day 2 I was! This is amazing and a testimony to his abilities. I have nothing but gratitude for him and the great care he gave me.
