The staff was very personable and professional.

Dr. Clifford took the time to explain my diagnosis. He went through every conservative treatment before recommending surgery. He has a phenomenal beside manner. He also takes the time to listen and never makes you feel rushed.

Dr. Clifford and his staff, especially his secretary, Chelsea, has been great. Even though there have been complications, Dr. Clifford has my complete trust in his decisions. He is a great doctor and I would have no problem suggesting him to anyone looking for an orthopedic surgeon!

Great Information and straight to the point
Dr Clifford's staff is amazing! Chelsea, his assistant, has responded to every question I've submitted online within hours. She's never made me feel as though I'm bothering her even though I've sent her sent her several questions. Kelly, his PA, comes into the exam room, sits down and makes me feel as though she is ready to spend as much time with me as I need. Both of these ladies and the front office ladies have been wonderfully supportive.
I felt very comfortable discussing my issue of concern.
