Great experience...took the time for explanations answering questions. Laid out future treatment.
My 87 year old father had an appointment with Dr Cassel. He's in very poor health and wheelchair bound and an 8am appointment is really hard for him. We asked if we could do a video appointment and were told no it was important he be seen in person. At the appointment the dr did not examine him and the appointment was just to tell us he didn't have cancer and they couldn't diagnose what's wrong with him. The only issue i had was my blood work appointment t was at 1130 so got the e e at 1120 and wasn't seen until 110 pm. They were apologetic as they were short staffed. Never had proble.s before and I love this group.
