You absolutely do have records of me complaining. Emails upon emails upon emails, including a notarized letter I sent to you complaining about the hazards within the townhome I rented. I used to live in Indian Oaks. Front door not closing fully, no smoke alarm downstairs, mold growing in the closets, broken washer and dryer, the list goes on and on and on… I can recall three times I was supposed to have a meeting with David going over issues of the property and he never showed up to a single one. DO NOT LEASE WITH THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY If I could give lower stars, especially negative stars, I would. David is the worse landlord I, and my roommate, have ever had. Not only was the property absolutely disgusting when we moved in, black mold on ceiling, feces on the floor in the bathroom, larger than fist-sized holes in the doors, ceiling caving in, exposed wires, broken fire alarm, holes in the vanity covered up by cardboard, (some of the photos are attached, there are too many to attach.
