I have used David in two real estate transactions and I have suggested him to two of my friends. I know the general feeling towards realtors is not usually positive, but David does not fit in this category. He is very detail oriented, responsive, and helpful in all phases of the process. I always knew he was taking care of me.
My fiance and I worked with David during our condo/house search. He was knowledgeable and friendly during the process. He made us feel comfortable in the home buying process and was open to any of our questions.

David has helped us purchase two homes and sell one. I will never use another agent as long as he is in business. David works for his clients, not for himself. He always had our best interest in mind when looking at homes, and was willing to spend valuable time with us until we found the one we loved, not simply liked or would settle for. He is knowledgeable and an advocate during the closing process, and even assisted us with a few things months after the closing of our recent home.
