David helped us to sell my mom's house. What a wonderful experience it was to work with David and his team. Even before first open house David already was working with a few real estate agents we had an offer after the first open house the house . House is sold. We couldn't have done it without David's years of experience and knowledge in real estate. If you want your house to be sold in a very short time David is the person to do it.
We have worked with David thrice now; to buy our first and second homes and to sell our first home. On the buying side, David helped coordinate everything with the seller’s agent. He is quite knowledgeable about the area and market conditions, which helped us with coming up with a good offer price.
