Dr. Lee and his office responds to my needs quickly. He is a good listener, and makes me feel comfortable.
I turned of age and knew I should get a colonoscopy, but I was dreading it! My wife had seen Dr. Lee and thought he was very good, so I thought I would try him out. He made the experience much better than I was expecting and now I don't know why I put it off so long. His office gave me good instructions and was very helpful.
Dr.Lee is a True Professional - a Doctor with a Capital D. He treats his patients with Respect and Care. If you need your medical questions answered, Dr. Lee will be the One whom you can trust.
Dr. Lee stated after talking with him about an inaccuracy in the report following my procedure that he was fine with changing it. When changing it instead of acknowledging the inaccuracy he wrote: the patient stated that they were not at the risk level assigned and so he would change the rating for today. The procedure that took place did not warrant Dr. Lee or his partner stating that I am a patient with a severe disease when the findings of their procedure and my other current doctors say otherwise. I had to wait awhile to get in to see Dr. Lee, but he was worth the wait. He is caring and he helped me, and I feel much better. I like that he doesn't make me come back constantly.
Dr. Lee, his nurse practitioner and his staff all take considerable time making sure my questions are answered and I feel comfortable. I have seen other GI doctors, but Dr. Lee is the best. I truly believe the negative reviews are for a different group and were posted on the wrong physician/group.
I have SEVERE anxiety when it comes to physicians, especially when I have to talk to them about a medical issue that I have. However, I went to Dr. Lee because my mother SWORE by him. Anyways, he exceeded my expectations and more. He gave me multiple different options as well as educated me on each one and which one he recommended would be the better option, but still allowed me to make the final decision. He came into the exam room and jumped all over me about what he didn't like and take a listen to my heart, lungs and stomach. Then "Go talk to your primary care physician about these blood pressure numbers" and leave the room. Didn't even let me get any questions asked or anything else. Go see another doctor. He is a waist of time and money!
I have seen Dr. Lee several times. He is the kindness, most compassionate doctor's I could ask for. His depth of knowledge and state-of-the-art techniques in gastroenterology is unbelievable. Dr. Lee spends time with you, is not rushed, and gives you a thorough explanation of his clinical findings. He is very supportive.
